Transfer records before they come. Call and speak to anyone in the office or use the transfer records form posted online.

Generally, I suggest that you wait until the completion of your period so as to not interfere with the accuracy of the papsmear.

Absolutely. If you’re bleeding heavily, please contact us immediately and we’ll work you in as soon as possible.

We look forward to seeing you. Please bring any or all medical records/tests pertaining to your case. Specifically, those obtained while seeing another physician. And, as an answer to the second question, please do bring your spouse/partner to your appointment. He/she is welcome to accompany you into the exam room.

Dr. Bhatia generally prefers to see patients in the first trimester, if possible (first twelve weeks of pregnancy). If you are unable to visit us during this period, please make an appointment as soon as possible.

Please make an appointment to see the doctor as soon as possible, even if your mammogram was clear.

Congratulations on your decision! Please make an appointment to receive “pre-conceptual” counseling, including bloodwork, folic acid supplements, and dietary recommendations.
